Hi, I'm Ryan S. Lancaster.

I'm a web developer and UX designer from Birmingham, UK.

I've recently graduated with a master's in computer science from Birmingham City University, and I currently helm a small independent web development studio focussed on delivering affordable creative web development services to small businesses, charities, hobbyists, and anybody else passionate about bringing their projects to the internet.

In my spare time, I write articles about UX and accessibility, keep up with new and interesting web development technologies, continue to independently study UX/UI design and accessible design, independently tutor students aged 16+ in UX design fundamentals, and struggle to learn to play the 5-string banjo.

Check out my latest UX projects here on my website. I commit to a very thorough UX design process, so my projects are backed up with a lot of documentation. I try to make as much of this available as possible to properly illustrate the process, but some documentation may remain private at the behest of clients, sorry!

You can read my articles here on my website or here on Medium. Some of them have been picked up by good-sized online UX publications, so they might be worth the read!

I would love to hear from you, whether you want to work on a project with me or just chat about UX. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn or Twitter.
